I've had more experience on those things then her, especially this year. (She does clarinet as well as drumline) she's still pretty bad ass though.

Drum Major auditions are a week from tomorrow. That's kind of scary, because this year's my last chance. It's really weird because we already have two DMs who are juniors this year, and usually we only have three drum majors, but they're actually letting juniors try out. There's no way they'd have three drum majors who, next year, will be seniors, because that would be musical suicide for the following year. That means they're considering having four DMs...
